We produce and train high quality, stylish German Shorthairs that are true to standard. Stillwater Shorthairs is operated by Tate & Hayley Stratton of Rushsylvania, OH and we are teamed with Donnie and Angie Ebersole of Williamsport, MD. Together, we have an outstanding group of GSP's in place to carry the traits and qualities we as avid hunters and trainers have grown to love in the breed.

Our breeding program focuses on producing dual-quality dogs with excellent versatile hunting skills. All of our litters are selectively bred for desired traits such as cooperation, temperament, natural ability, water desire, style, and conformation. Our dogs are proven on wild birds and retrieve from land and water.

All of the dogs in our breeding program have extensive hunting experience and have been tested, titled, and evaluated through the
North American Versatile Hunting Dog Association (NAVHDA) and the American Kennel Club (AKC). These organizations offer an excellent means to evaluate each dogs inherent ability and potential.
