Stillwater Shorthairs strives to produce and train high quality, stylish German Shorthairs that are true to standard. Stillwater Shorthairs is operated by Tate & Hayley Stratton of Rushsylvania, OH and we are teamed with Donnie and Angie Ebersole of Williamsport, MD. Together we have an outstanding group of GSP's in place to carry the traits and qualities we as avid hunters and trainers have grown to love in the breed. We will continue to carry quality genetics into the future through selective, responsible breeding.

Our breeding program focuses on producing dual-quality dogs with excellent versatile hunting skills. All of our litters are selectively bred for desired traits such as cooperation, temperament, natural ability, water desire, style, and conformation.
We take great pride in producing puppies with outstanding pedigrees that are capable of performing in many hunting or competition venues. All of the dogs in our breeding program have extensive hunting experience and have been tested, titled, and evaluated through the North American Versatile Hunting Dog Association (NAVHDA) and or the American Kennel Club (AKC). These organizations offer an excellent means to evaluate each dogs inherent ability and potential.
